Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 or older and be a citizen of Canada or the United States. All entrees are subject to local jurisdiction and are void where prohibited by law. Participants must be followers of CroMag Corp. on Facebook and Instagram in order to have entry into giveaway deemed valid.

Sponsorship

This giveaway is endorsed and sponsored entirely by CroMag Industries Corp.

Agreement to Rules

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by the official rules and decisions laid out by CroMag Industries Corp. CroMag Industries Corp. retains the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, the participant agrees to accept the decision of CroMag Industries Corp. as final and binding

Entry Period

The giveaway will run from 28 12:00 July 2022 until 31 23:59 August 2022. During the aforementioned time window all entries that are received that meet the outlined criteria for entry will be considered valid.

How to Enter

For participants to have a valid entry 3 conditions must be met;

The participant must,

  • Like the giveaway post, either on Facebook or Instagram
  • Comment on the giveaway post, either on Facebook or Instagram
  • Subscribe to the CroMag Corp. mailing list

Each participant is only allowed 1 entry to the giveaway. Any subsequent or fraudulent attempts at entry or manipulating will result in a disqualification of the participant.

Prizes

Both winnners chosen will receive 1 x MagRipper V1.

The odds of winning scale with applicants.

Selection and Notification of the Winner

Winner will be selected by random number generator. Each participant will be given a number, at random, and then used for the purpose of selection. Winners will be emailed to notify them ahead of public declaration to ensure that they still intend to accept. The Winners have 24 hours from notification sent by CroMag Industries Corp. to respond. CroMag Industries Corp. is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided an incorrect email address or if their security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

Rights Granted by the Entrant

CroMag Industries Corp. reserves the right to use any personal information provided by the participants for the purpose of the giveaway and subsequent newsletter emails. The participant grants CroMag Industries Corp. the right to contact them at any time during the giveaway via email or direct message on social media.

Terms and Conditions

CroMag Industries Corp. reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.

Any participant found acting in violation of these Terms and Agreements will be subsequently removed from the giveaway and held to the full extent of the law, as open and available to be pursued.

Limitation of Liability

The participant’s entry into your contest or giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless CroMag Industries Corp. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and any other personnel of the company, against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

Disputes

Participants agree, as a condition of participating in the promotion, that all disputes between participants and CroMag Industries Corp. shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in British Columbia, Canada without resorting to any sort of class action. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and they waive all right to have damages multiplied or increased.

Privacy Policy

You consent to CroMag Industries Corp. collecting data for the reasoning of administering the contest. Any data collected with not be shared with any 3rd party. CroMag Industries Corp. will abide by all relative federal and provincial privacy laws related to any information gathered.

Winners List

Winners will be posted to the CroMag Corp. social media pages. If an individual requests a copy via email at info@cromagcorp.com and only at the aforementioned email address, then an CroMag Industries Corp. will provide a winner list for the giveaway at no cost.
