Apart from defective or broken products, all sales are final. If you recieved a damage MagRipper® from us or if it breaks during routine use within the first 6 months, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. All stripper clip sales are final unless the package is unopened.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be created and a return shipping label will be provided to you. Attach it to the outside of the package and drop it off in the mail. Once received by us and proven to be defective, a new one will be sent to you free of charge.
